Market Manager (m/w/d) Hotel Partnerships

About the Position

We are seeking a Market Manager (m/w/d) Hotel Partnerships to join our team at CHECK24 Hotel Connect GmbH in München. If you have learned the online travel industry from the ground up and understand genuine partnership work, we want you on our team. As a Market Manager Hotel Partnerships, you will know your partners, develop your region independently, and see the impact of your work every day.

Responsibilities

• New Partner Acquisition: You will independently identify and acquire new hotel partners in your region – from the initial contact to personal on-site meetings and the signed contract.
• Relationship Management: You will strategically develop existing partnerships, know the needs of your partners, and be their first point of contact for questions, opportunities, and challenges.
• Market Development: You will observe competition and market trends in your region and derive concrete measures and sales impulses from them.
• Partner Onboarding: You will guide new partners through the entire technical connection process and ensure a successful start on our platform.
• Performance Analysis: You will analyze KPIs and booking data, identify optimization potentials, and develop data-based measures together with your partners to increase their visibility and booking rates.

Requirements

• Experience in the hospitality industry, online travel, or at a booking platform – you know how the business works.
• Initial practical experience in partner or account management, ideally in a digital environment.
• Genuine enjoyment in building business relationships – you convince through personality, not through scripts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a clear results focus.
• Independent, structured way of working – you organize yourself and your region responsibly.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the desire to make a real impact in a rapidly growing environment.
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent German and very good English in speech and writing.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% within your region and possession of a Class B driver's license.
