As a Praktikant (m/w/d) CFO Office at the CHECK24 Strategy Hub GmbH, you will support our CFO in all activities related to business intelligence, controlling, treasury, M&A, and venture investments, as well as data-driven product excellence.

Job Description

• Data-Driven Excellence: You will analyze the performance of our products in close coordination with the CFO – with direct impact on our customers
• Holistic Financial Management: You will work directly with the management and gain deep insights into all core areas of financial management – from business intelligence and controlling to treasury, M&A, and venture investments
• Responsibility & Implementation: You will identify optimization potentials, discuss your results and recommendations with the CFO, and drive their implementation independently
• Fin-Tech & Process Optimization: You will support the further development of the financial IT landscape and design digital processes for scalable growth
• Stakeholder Communication: You will work closely with the CFO, present your findings directly to the CHECK24 executives, and interact with important external partners

Qualifications

• Education & Knowledge: You are studying at least in the 4th semester at a top university with a focus on Finance and have already gained initial practical experience in an ambitious environment, e.g., through internships. Therefore, topics such as the analysis of business models in connection with non-financial KPIs, financial statements, and simple SQL are not unfamiliar to you
• Work Approach: You work in a structured, discreet, and precise manner and have a pronounced performance and solution orientation with an eye for detail ("Excellence in Execution"). You are also characterized by a high degree of initiative – you tackle the topics
• Passion for Your Topics: You have a great interest in online business models and product development
• Communication Skills: You communicate fluently in German (C1) and English (C1) and have a pronounced persuasiveness
