About the Position
Marketing & Social Commerce Strategist

AnyMind is looking for a Marketing & Social Commerce Strategist (Research & Analytics Manager) who thrives in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment.
This role blends hands-on quantitative skills (regression, scripting, and LLMs) with commercial strategy (social commerce, performance marketing, and consumer insights)-perfect for a builder who loves solving complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of marketing models, including commerce and full-funnel activation.
- Translate business and marketing questions into structured, hypothesis-driven statistical analyses.
- Analyze multi-channel social commerce data across platforms to uncover performance trends.
- Run regression models (linear, multivariate, and log-linear) to calculate price elasticity of demand, media attribution, and marketing mix models (MMM) to understand growth drivers, ROI, and ROAS.
- Use LLMs, prompt engineering, and basic scripting (Python, SQL, or R) to automate data cleaning and run diagnostics.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, advanced analytics frameworks, and digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in quantitative analytics, insights, marketing intelligence, database management, or related roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, variance, correlation, and regression.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada) and key metrics (ROAS, CAC, and CVR).
- Comfortable processing large, messy datasets from multiple social, media, and programmatic advertising sources.
- General familiarity with data science concepts, predictive modeling, and automated workflows.
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and using generative AI to streamline daily workflows.
- Basic scripting capability in Python, SQL, or R to clean, merge, and query databases.
