Marketing Designer

About the Position

Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of Marketing Designer.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of templates and presentations
• Development of creatives for social networks
• Content publication in the media
• Preparation of materials for printing
• Providing materials for the internal content library (covers, announcements in social networks)
• Close teamwork with the implementation and the communication team

Requirements

• Work experience in an advertising agency, marketing department for at least one year and in design in general from 2 years
• Ability to negotiate and process feedback from a large number of stakeholders
• Experience in preparing templates for presentation
• Ability to prepare creatives for social networks
• The skill of pre-press preparation
• Confident command of Figma, Illustrator, and tools for creating presentations
• Understanding the rules of composition, typography, color
• Ability to work with existing guidelines and design system in Figma
• Basic understanding of the product component of applications, web applications (it will be necessary to onboard the product and constantly use the screens from the application during operation)
• A sufficient level of pitching of own ideas
• The ability to work within the framework of uncertainty and to form a sufficient technical tasks with the stakeholder
