We are currently seeking a Marketing Lead for our Bangkok team to drive market success in Thailand across user and driver funnels.

Responsibilities

• Help the marketing manager lead the marketing team in Bangkok and hold responsibility for market success in Thailand across user and driver funnels.
• Brand Awareness: Position Lalamove in a fiercely competitive environment to make the brand locally relevant and loved by increased engagement from customers and driver partners.
• Development and implementation of 360° marketing communications and PR plans/campaigns/projects.
• Spanning a wide range of communication materials such as print, signage, social media posts, and videos and TVC.
• Facilitate and organize marketing activities such as marketing events, photoshoots, video shoots.
• Brief communication teams, production houses, and internal teams and supervise the production.
• Define the campaign key message, target audience, as well as campaign goals to give a clear brief to in-house creative and local agencies.
• Copywriting and content creation for all publications (internal and external).
• Ensure that all information is up-to-date on every platform, including Brand social media channels, website, and in-app.
• Responsible for creating bi-weekly and monthly marketing communication and PR reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years of work experience in marketing communication and media planning.
• Experience working in startups or/and fast-paced organizations would be an advantage.
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills who can guide decision-making and alignment between parties toward a delightful art while achieving business goals.
• Mature, good team player, and flexible with an open mind attitude.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Thai and English both verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
