Marketing Manager / Marketing Operations Manager

About the Position

SharksCode – a Ukrainian IT company specializing in the development of high-tech software solutions and platforms in B2B, particularly in the iGaming sector, is looking for a Marketing Manager / Marketing Operations Manager. This role will help drive cross-functional marketing projects (B2B and B2C) and gradually develop in the direction of marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing projects of various content that require additional coordination and push them to completion.
• Manage the roadmap, project statuses, weekly marketing team meetings, and basic documentation in Confluence. Regular work with task managers and Google Workspace.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and act as a mediator between teams and partners.
• Assist in finding, launching, and testing marketing hypotheses.

Requirements

• Marketing background with at least 3 years of marketing experience and a desire to grow as a marketer.
• Practical experience in digital marketing, main channels, and improving marketing metrics.
• Experience coordinating multiple parallel projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to turn chaos into a system: understanding the new, planning next steps, and bringing projects to launch.
• Proactivity and the ability to independently find opportunities for improvement.
• Ability and willingness to control deadlines and budgets.
• Strong communication and organizational skills: experience coordinating contractors and internal teams without formal subordination.
• English proficiency at the level of reading work materials and basic communication.
• iGaming experience and experience with the Ukrainian market will be a big plus, but we are ready to consider strong candidates from other digital/product areas.
