About the Position

Marketing Manager

At Techstack, we help companies build, scale, and develop software products that solve real business problems. Our clients operate in over 15 industries, and the average duration of cooperation exceeds five years-this is the foundation of our reputation: long-term relationships and consistently high-quality execution.

Marketing is one of the key drivers of our growth. It determines how Techstack is perceived in the market, how we attract new clients and talented specialists, and how we adapt to market changes. If you enjoy combining strategy, experimentation, and operational activities to create measurable business impact, we have many opportunities for you.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with Techstack's growth goals and translate regular market and competitor analysis into concrete decisions-from prioritizing topic clusters in AI search to filling the content roadmap.
  • Brand Positioning and Consistency: Maintain brand consistency and trust across all customer and candidate touchpoints, including the website, content, and sales materials. This ensures the brand reflects both market expectations and our true identity.
  • Lead Generation and Funnel Optimization: Build and manage a cost-efficient inbound engine from start to finish: plan and publish content, manage SEO and visibility in AI search, continuously testing what truly brings quality leads.
  • Support of Sales and HR functions: Create materials and presence that make Sales and HR more effective-from case studies, presentations, and presence on review platforms to content supporting recruitment campaigns and internal culture.

About You

You already think and act like a future Head of Marketing, not just someone performing tasks-usually, this is the result of 5+ years in marketing, though evidence of this level of judgment is more important than the years themselves.

  • Strategic Thinking: You can read market changes, competitor actions, and customer behavior and turn this into a marketing strategy linked to the company's real goals, not just a list of tactics. You know how to prioritize high-leverage initiatives over quick wins and keep short-term metrics like leads in focus alongside long-term brand value.
  • Business Acumen: You understand how marketing is genuinely linked to revenue, margin, and customer retention and make decisions based on this, not for marketing itself. You have a working knowledge of pricing, positioning, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Market Research & Analysis: You conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends on an ongoing basis, not as a one-time project, and validate messaging and positioning through research-such as customer interviews or benchmarking-not assumptions.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: You define clear KPIs for your initiatives, such as CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, or channel ROI, use analytical tools to see what works, and can explain marketing results to non-marketers in business language, not just dashboards.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: You build content and campaigns based on a real understanding of customer needs and the customer journey, not general best practices, and can meaningfully segment the audience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You have already worked closely with Sales, HR, or Product, aligning marketing messaging with what they truly need, not acting in a marketing silo.
  • Leadership potential: You may not have managed a team yet, but you are ready for it. You have your own ideas about how you would build and lead the marketing function and want the responsibility that comes with it.
  • Hands-on execution: Along with all the above, you are comfortable doing the work yourself-content, SEO, website, sales materials-because this role combines strategy with direct execution.
  • English: You are proficient in English at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher, as you will be writing for an international audience and may join calls with English-speaking stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • Stable long-term position with a clear, structured trajectory to Head of Marketing.
  • Clear and transparent goals based on a Scorecard system to objectively see your achievements and impact.
  • Direct communication with the CEO and management, with real influence on processes and strategy. Horizontal connections and no micromanagement.
  • Hubs in Wrocław (Poland), Kharkiv, Kyiv, and Lviv, or everything needed for remote work.
  • Up to 50% of the cost of training courses and conferences.
  • Free general and business English courses.
  • Legal and accounting support.
  • Company gifts for significant events and holidays.
