About the Position

As a Digital Marketing Professional, you will be part of a dynamic marketing team, actively contributing to the visibility, growth, and commercial success of our organization. You will combine strong graphic expertise with a broad interest in digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing professional and attractive visual communication, both online and offline, and will work closely with various internal departments to powerfully represent our brands, products, and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing strong visual marketing materials for both digital and print communication.
• Creating attractive content for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and product communication.
• Monitoring and further developing the visual identity and corporate style of our organization.
• Supporting marketing campaigns with creative graphic concepts that contribute to lead generation, customer activation, and revenue growth.
• Managing and optimizing our websites and e-commerce platforms with attention to usability, visual appeal, and conversion.
• Developing digital communication, mailings, and marketing automation.
• Supporting product launches, events, trade show participations, and other marketing projects with strong visual communication.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners such as printers, sign makers, photographers, and creative agencies.
• Supporting the sales team with professional graphic material that supports commercial results.

Requirements

• You combine a creative mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
• You have a strong affinity with graphic design, branding, and visual communication.
• You work fluently with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, photography, or UX design is a plus.
• You have an affinity with digital marketing, websites, social media, and online communication.
• You are able to independently develop marketing projects from concept to final delivery.
• You work smoothly with colleagues from different departments and external partners.
• You are flexible and feel at home in a varied task package.
• You have a strong organizational sense and work accurately.
• You speak and write fluently in Dutch, French, and English.
• You work fluently within Office 365.
• Experience with CMS systems, e-commerce platforms, marketing automation, and lead management is a plus.
