About the Position
Marketing Project Manager
Remote
$900 - $1800 per month

We are DigitalArt, a full-cycle digital marketing agency. With over 6 years of experience and more than 1000 projects completed for clients in Ukraine, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East, our global goal is to scale client businesses and elevate them to a new level. We have assembled a team of professionals dedicated to achieving this mission.
Recently, we have become part of an IT holding company. This year, our goal is to triple our profitability, and within 5 years, to enter the TOP digital marketing agencies in Ukraine and increase the share of international clients to 50%.
Currently, we are looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team and grow with us!
Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients at all stages of the project (conduct status meetings, agree on goals and KPIs, manage expectations);
- Coordinate the full cycle of digital projects (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads);
- Scale client business through upselling additional services;
- Maintain business results (retain clients, increase LTV, prevent churn).
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Understanding of the use of internet marketing tools (SEO, PPC, Retention, Analytics);
- General understanding of the sales funnel and marketing analytics;
- Knowledge of basic metrics: CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, LTV;
- Ability to read dashboards, focus on numbers, and draw conclusions (data-driven approach).
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a marketing agency;
- Familiarity with management systems (Scrum, Kanban);
- Understanding of website principles (Opencart, WordPress, Horoshop, etc.).
