About the Position

EPAM Systems is hiring an Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Marketing Specialist to strengthen EPAM’s presence within the technology market and support the company’s growth across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

You will play a key role in positioning EPAM Malaysia as a top employer while overseeing regional talent marketing projects across the APAC region. By driving employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing campaigns, and tech community engagement, you will create talent-focused communication strategies aligned with our global objectives.

The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, collaborative, and passionate about building meaningful connections within Malaysia’s technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute employer branding and talent attraction strategies aligned with regional and global objectives
  • Oversee regional talent marketing projects and campaigns across the APAC region to support broader business goals
  • Drive and measure recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels, referral programs, events, and tech communities to increase brand awareness and candidate engagement
  • Partner closely with recruiters and talent sourcing teams to support hiring growth, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve candidate experience
  • Create engaging and localized content showcasing EPAM’s culture, technologies, people, projects, and career opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tech communities, universities, industry partners, and external stakeholders across Malaysia and the broader APAC region
  • Collaborate with Global and Regional Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting communications for local market relevance
  • Support and organize tech events, meetups, webinars, university activities, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen EPAM’s visibility in the technology market

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction, Digital Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of the IT talent market and technology community landscape in Malaysia and the APAC region
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and content-driven initiatives
  • Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and prompt engineering to optimize marketing workflows, content generation, and campaign performance
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills within dynamic and fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills in both English and Chinese
  • Proven experience in content creation including copywriting, visual creation, and other marketing content
  • Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset with strong organizational and project coordination abilities

Nice to Have

  • Experience in IT services, software outsourcing, or multinational technology environments
  • Experience organizing tech community events, meetups, webinars, or university engagement activities
  • Familiarity with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
