Marketing Strategy Internship - Oct/Nov Batch

About the Position

We are looking for passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented interns to join our Marketing team. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategy planning across Influencer Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Marketing campaigns while working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Strategy Support

• Conduct research on brands, competitors, target audiences, industry trends, and creators.
• Gain exposure to strategic planning across Influencer Marketing, Social Media, and Digital Marketing campaigns.
• Gather insights from reports, social listening, platform data, and market research, and summarize key findings.
• Assist in developing campaign strategies, pitch decks, proposals, and strategic recommendations.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide ad hoc support for marketing events and brand activations whenever required.

Administrative & Team Support

• Assist with presentation slides, deck formatting, and document organization.
• Maintain internal research libraries, trackers, and campaign documentation.
• Support daily tasks to ensure smooth workflow across Strategy and Account teams.

Requirements

• Open to all students currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication/ Advertising/ Marketing.
• Willing to commit a minimum of 3 months.
• You should possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Passionate, agile, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Having a positive and “can do” attitude.
• A fun, easy-going, and creative individual.
