Responsibilities

• Assist with routing and switching live sports feeds using internal tools.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing signals, flagging any irregularities.
• Support the setup and basic checks for live events.
• Provide first-line assistance for minor operational issues under supervision.
• Learn to use and understand core broadcast equipment (IRDs, routers, monitoring tools).
• Help maintain clear communication with senior operators and technical teams.
• Follow established workflows and contribute to incident logging.

Requirements

• A strong interest in broadcast operations and live sports.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Basic understanding of technical or broadcast concepts (IP, signals, or networks beneficial).
• Good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes and work well within a team.
