About the Position
Join ExampleCorp as a Media Buyer and help clients with diverse media needs. Negotiate, plan, and execute media buying strategies in a fast-paced environment. If you are a people person who enjoys a challenge, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities
The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:
- Negotiate prices with media vendors
- Purchase advertising space from media vendors
- Track advertising effectiveness and budget
- Collaborate with marketing team on advertising campaigns
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in media buying or a related field
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, including digital, traditional, and emerging platforms
- Proficient in media planning and buying software, such as Google Ads and DoubleClick
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with other media planning tools
- Knowledge of analytics tools
