About the Position

Uklon is a technology company that developed the eponymous mobile application. Join us as a Media Specialist Senior.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing media strategies and media plans according to the Company’s marketing and brand objectives
• Managing marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency and investment transparency
• Managing media channels in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Business Units, and other teams
• The full vendor and media agency lifecycle, including briefing, performance oversight, and quality evaluation
• Initiating and managing agency and vendor selection tenders in collaboration with the Procurement team
• Defining tender requirements, including the scope of work, KPIs, SLAs, budget parameters, and evaluation criteria
• Monitoring compliance with contractual terms, SLAs, and the quality of services delivered by vendors
• Ensuring adherence to brand principles and communication consistency across all media activities
• Analyzing the effectiveness of media activities and preparing regular reports
• Building effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners

Challenges for Three Months

• Developing a media strategy
• Launching a communication campaign by preparing an effective media launch plan and ensuring high-quality campaign execution
• Establishing media reporting
• Analyzing the effectiveness of the current media mix and recommending solutions to improve performance

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Media Specialist/Media Operations Specialist
• Strong understanding of media and marketing tools
• Experience in managing projects with agencies and external vendors
• Analytical skills and the ability to manage investment efficiency
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Experience in managing tender processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Autonomy, accountability, and the ability to prioritize effectively
• English proficiency at B2 level
