About Us

We are a small team that cares about deep thinking, speed, craftsmanship, and putting customers first. Our mission is to build the best care experience in healthcare, on a 30-year horizon.

We help physicians achieve independence by making it easier to start, operate, and grow their practices. We believe the future of healthcare will be driven by individual physicians, not by large bureaucratic systems. Lowering the barrier to practice ownership lets doctors deliver better care for everyone.

The founding team brings deep expertise across medicine, product, operations, and engineering, including more than 30 years of experience running independent practices across urgent care centers, surgical centers, and beyond. We have built 0-to-1 products at Meta, Dropbox, Instagram, Coda, and Nomad, and have founded companies with valuations exceeding $1B and more than 100M MAU.
