We are seeking a Business Analyst and Automation Manager for our Business Partner role in Warsaw, focusing on process efficiency and automation.

Responsibilities

Analyzing the efficiency of Claims processes;
Identifying stages of the process with the highest potential for automation and preparing recommendations;
Translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge conditions, and exception handling;
Designing and developing analyses and dashboards in Power BI;
Designing and implementing low-code, workflow, and automation solutions;
Collaborating with operations, IT, Tribe, and process owners;
Conducting pilots and MVPs, measuring business effects, and recommending further development or correction of the solution;
Utilizing AI and Copilot tools to support analysis and automation;
Presenting results in business language: time savings, error reduction, quality improvement, cost efficiency, and customer experience enhancement.

Experience in business process analysis, operational data, or designing automation solutions;
Excellent knowledge of Power BI and practical experience with SQL, DAX, Power Query, and Excel;
Experience with Power Automate, low-code solutions, or workflow tools to streamline work;
Ability to translate business problems into functional requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria;
Ability to evaluate initiatives based on business impact, complexity, risk, and scalability;
Practical understanding of AI/Copilot capabilities and responsible AI principles;
Ability to collaborate with business and IT and communicate complex issues in a simple, decisive manner;
Curiosity, critical thinking, focus on measurable impact, and willingness to test solutions with end-users;
Independence, ownership, and responsibility for implementation results, not just concept preparation.
