About the Position
We are looking for a Sales Manager with English Proficiency to join our dynamic team. Drive active sales of our solutions in international markets, engage with clients, and enjoy the flexibility of fully remote work with industry-leading commission rates.
Responsibilities
- Drive active sales of our solutions in international markets (both warm and cold sales);
- Communicate and engage with clients in English;
- Communicate and engage with clients in Chinese for the Asian market (English is not required for this role);
- Prepare reports on work results and participate in weekly meetings;
- Identify and reach out to leads using our established process;
- Present our product and conduct product demonstrations.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (or Chinese for the Asian market) with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand, manage, and influence cause-and-effect relationships;
- Skilled in handling objections, persistent, and persuasive;
- Passionate about sales and motivated to achieve outstanding results;
- Constantly striving for self-improvement and better performance every day;
- At least 1 year of sales experience (services or products), with a strong preference for IT-related sales;
- Competitive spirit with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
