About the Position
We are seeking a Logistics Manager to organize and control transportation at Delicia's confectionery factory.
Responsibilities
- Creation of routes in ANT Logistic and 1С
- Filling of directories in ANT Logistic and 1С together with colleagues from the IT department and other departments according to the needs of the company
- Monitoring, analytics, and control of task and route fulfillment (plan/fact)
- Search for third-party cargo, closing of cargo voyages
- Analysis of cost and agreement of routes for raw material transportation (own needs)
- Search for new cargo senders on Della, Lardi platforms, in social media communities
- Management of documentation for all third-party cargo, resolution of force majeure situations
- Control of payment of bills for hired transportation
- Accounting of dump truck work
- Support of foreign trade operations, communication with partners, monitoring of the international transportation market
Requirements
- Work experience from 2 years
- Practical skills in working with 1С, TMS, Word, Excel programs
- Knowledge of routing programs
- Understanding of the basic conditions for the acceptance, storage, and issuance of food group products
