Our client is an international Electronic Money Institution offering comprehensive online payment processing solutions. Their services include payment gateway services, global payment processing, merchant accounts, open banking, recurring payments, and mass payments. They cater to online businesses across various sectors, supporting multiple currencies and payment methods.
Role Overview
As a Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will play a key role in integrating new merchants into our client's payment processing ecosystem. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a high-impact role within a scaling fintech company, providing support to online businesses and ensuring seamless and secure payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new merchants.
- Ensure compliance with payment industry regulations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to merchants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding processes.
- Analyze and resolve merchant-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in merchant onboarding or a related field.
- Strong understanding of payment processing solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Russian.
- Languages: English C1, Russian C1.
- Experience in fintech.
