About the Position

Golden Staff, a leader in corporate language training with over 500 companies in Ukraine and Poland, is seeking a Methodologist / Content Expert to create educational products. We develop our own courses, implement online training, and improve the effectiveness of educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Development of new training courses and programs (from idea to implementation)
• Writing instructional materials for teachers and students
• Test formation: requirement specification, test writing, selection of performers, execution control, supervision
• Selection and supervision of performers (copywriters, editors, translators)
• Working with platforms for online learning (Moodle, E-register, Study, T2S)
• Updating the library of educational materials
• Preparation of presentations, digests, auxiliary content
• Experience with LMS will be a plus

Requirements

• Teaching experience in English - from 3 years
• English level - Upper-Intermediate and higher
• Higher education (linguistics, pedagogy, philology)
• Ability to create or adapt educational programs
• Experience working with large amounts of information
• Communicability, structured thinking, self-organization
