Your Role as a Microsoft 365 Engineer at Quality

How will you help our clients optimize their cloud performance?

As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will work on setting up, managing, and optimizing modern workplace environments. You will help organizations collaborate safely and efficiently, with a strong focus on identity, security, and compliance.

You will be involved in both migrations and the continuous development of Microsoft 365 environments. Depending on your seniority, your focus will be on the technical implementation or on design, advice, and management.

A glimpse into your daily tasks

You will contribute to the success of clients by:

• Managing, optimizing, and developing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Migrating environments to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Setting up and managing identity and access solutions within Entra ID.
• Implementing Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and Zero Trust principles.
• Managing endpoints and devices with Microsoft Intune.
• Implementing security and compliance solutions (Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, MFA).
• Setting up and managing virtual workplaces (Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Windows 365).
• Automating management and configurations with PowerShell.
• Working within Agile/DevOps teams and contributing to standardized processes.
• Documenting technical choices and configurations and contributing to the further standardization of Microsoft 365 environments.

Requirements

What you bring

You are a driven Microsoft 365 Engineer who loves challenges and responsibility. You know how to solve complex cloud issues and are ready for the next step. Furthermore, you have:

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and other cloud providers or a combination thereof.
• Broad knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview, and modern security concepts (such as Zero Trust).
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and/or Windows 365, automation via PowerShell, and affinity with security and modern workplace environments.
• Extensive experience in managing, configuring, and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, and the ability to independently tackle tasks.
• You enjoy working Agile and are familiar with Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies.
• You automate processes with scripting such as PowerShell, Bicep, or Terraform.
• At least two relevant Microsoft certifications, such as MD-102, MS-102, MS-721, SC-300, SC-200, AZ-140, or AZ-104.
