AnyMind Group is a global tech venture founded in 2016 by Hirosuke Tokawa in Singapore. With a presence in 15 countries and regions, and over 2,300 employees, AnyMind Group offers end-to-end IT solutions in D2C manufacturing, e-commerce, logistics, marketing, DX support, and cross-border expansion. The company went public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in March 2023 and aims to achieve a revenue of 57.3 billion yen by 2025, with a target of 105 billion yen by 2027.

Responsibilities

Align recruitment requirements, strategies, and post-joining placements with the management board, department heads, and HRBPs.
Create content for job media and job postings.
Conduct sourcing and send out scouting invitations.
Manage and analyze the candidate pipeline using ATS (Greenhouse).
Collaborate with the PR team for recruitment branding and referral promotion.

Directly under the Japan Country Manager for management-driven recruitment: The recruitment team is directly connected to the Country Manager overseeing Japan operations. This allows for quick decision-making and treating recruitment as a business challenge, enabling you to feel the impact of your work on the business.
Agile recruitment practices aligned with AI-Native strategy: With the AI-Native Transformation being promoted across the group, the required talent profiles are constantly evolving. You can practice recruitment that adapts to changes by reviewing recruitment targets and evaluation criteria in real-time.
Growth as a recruitment professional: This role offers numerous opportunities for growth, not only in deepening your recruitment expertise but also in transitioning to adjacent HR areas (such as HRBP or organizational development).

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

Experience in roles requiring interpersonal communication, such as sales or consulting.
HR experience in a business company (recruitment, training, etc.).
Consultant experience in a human resources agency (RA/CA not specified).
★Open to Unexperienced Candidates: Those without the above experience but strongly interested in transitioning to recruitment and HR roles.
Ability to flexibly respond to changes.
Individuals who consider GRIT and commitment as their strengths or are recognized as such by others.

Preferred Requirements

Experience with AI tools and business efficiency tools.
Project management and business improvement experience.
Business-level English proficiency.
