Mid-Level IT Support Specialist – Banking Systems and Cloud Technologies

About the Position

Kraków-based opportunity with a hybrid work model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).

As a Mid-Level IT Support Specialist, you will be working for our client, a global leader in banking and financial services. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the client onboarding and reporting systems within Private Banking. Your efforts will ensure smooth operation, incident resolution, and continuous system enhancements, contributing directly to superior client experiences and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Private Banking Client Onboarding and Client Reporting systems.
• Analyze incidents and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage Incidents and Problem Records through ServiceNow (SNOW) workflows as the Problem Coordinator.
• Support ongoing technical and process improvements in cooperation with Support teams, DevOps, and SRE colleagues.
• Respond to system alerts proactively and execute appropriate actions to reduce downtime.
• Participate in non-office hours support, including weekend releases and scheduled maintenance activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, DevOps, SRE, or related fields.
• Solid technical background, with knowledge of SQL, databases, and cloud or banking technologies.
• Experience managing ServiceNow incidents, problem records, and change requests.
• Strong team spirit and risk awareness, with an inquisitive nature to identify root causes of issues.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, AWS, Azure, Java, or Linux.
• Prior experience within our client environment or within the financial sector.

Language Required for the Role

• Communicative English proficiency.

• Competitive salary range of 16,800 - 26,460 (B2B) and 15,700 - 18,900 gross (Employment Contract).
