Middle 3D Artist

About the Position

We are looking for a Middle 3D Artist to join our team on a remote, full-time basis. Our client is developing a 3D commerce platform that helps brands create interactive, browser-based shopping experiences through realistic 3D environments, virtual retail spaces, materials, and lighting.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D objects and complete 3D environments, including commercial interior spaces and retail stores.
• Model commercial interior spaces in 3ds Max.
• Select appropriate materials and set up lighting to achieve the required realistic visual result.
• Prepare clean and well-organized assets and materials.
• Import and build scenes inside Unreal Engine.
• Create final ready-to-render / store-ready environments.
• Set up realistic lighting and materials.
• Optimize scenes for performance and smooth workflow.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in 3D design / 3D environment creation.
• Experience creating complete 3D environments, such as retail stores, not only standalone objects.
• Strong experience with modeling in 3ds Max.
• Good knowledge of materials and scene organization in 3ds Max.
• Experience working with Unreal Engine.
• Understanding of scene optimization and clean workflows for Unreal Engine.
• Strong 3D skills and hands-on experience with the required tools.
• Ability to create realistic materials, lighting, and final scenes.
• Artistic mindset, attention to detail, and high visual standards.
• Basic architectural understanding and ability to work with interior spaces.
• English – Upper-Intermediate+ (written and spoken).

Working Conditions

• 5-day working week, 8-hour working day
• Remote work
