About the Position

Smart Project, a leading product brand with a full development cycle, is currently seeking a Middle Ad Monetization Manager. With over 30 projects under our belt and an audience of over 100 million people, we are looking for someone to enhance monetization strategies for our mobile games.

Responsibilities

Creation, setup, and optimization of ad waterfalls
Administration of ad network accounts
Collaboration with product and technical teams during ad integration: ensuring compliance with ad network rules, testing ad displays, and resolving ad display issues
Preparation of reports and presentations on work results and plans
Development of new approaches to increase monetization efficiency
Conducting experiments to improve the monetization model
Formation of the monetization model for applications
Analysis of game, product, and monetization metrics

Requirements

Knowledge and experience with ad networks: AdMob, IronSource, Unity, AdColony, Chartboost, DT Exgange, InMobi, Applovin, Pungle, Liftof
Understanding and experience with waterfalls, including hybrid ones
Understanding of factors affecting the LTV of applications
Knowledge of SDK integration documentation and specifics
Excellent knowledge of ad network rules and stores
Understanding of UA principles
Excellent knowledge of game, product, and monetization metrics
Understanding of ad monetization and mediation principles
Attention to detail, time management, business orientation, initiative, and proactivity
English - Intermediate+
