Middle Affiliate Manager

About the Position

Zeeks is a technology company developing infrastructure, analytical, and service products for the international iGaming market. We operate within B2B and B2B2C models, where process accuracy, data quality, and scalability of technological solutions play a key role. We are currently looking for a Middle Affiliate Manager who will be responsible for developing partner relationships, monetizing the company’s products, and driving project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the partner network (operators/brands).
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.
• Negotiate cooperation terms and monetization models.
• Sell and scale the company’s services within partner integrations.
• Conduct market research to identify new potential partners.
• Onboard new partners and launch collaborations.
• Support financial and operational partner processes (in cooperation with Finance and Legal teams).
• Analyze brand performance across the company’s products.
• Conduct research and surveys among partners to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Gather and share market insights with Marketing and Product teams.
• Work with partners’ reputation and content assets (including testimonial links).

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Affiliate / Business Development / Sales roles within iGaming.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+) - both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of iGaming business models.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (NetRefer, Affilka, IncomeAccess, or similar).
• Experience working with SEO traffic and ability to analyze its performance.
• Understanding of monetization models (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, Flat, etc.).
• Experience with traffic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Keitaro, Binom).
• Confident use of Google Workspace (particularly Google Sheets), including the ability to work with large datasets, structure, and analyze information.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships and drive sales.
