Senior AI Business Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior AI Business Analyst to join our team and drive enterprise digital transformation through AI-powered solutions. This role is Remote and Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Translate business and product requirements into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, and delivery-ready backlog items.
• Support backlog refinement by identifying dependencies, risks, gaps, and clarification needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintain requirements documentation, decision logs, and traceability to ensure clear alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
• Design AI use cases, conversational flows, user journeys, and interaction scenarios for enterprise AI solutions.
• Define business rules for AI responses, escalation paths, fallback scenarios, and user feedback mechanisms.
• Analyze user behavior, questions, and intents to continuously improve conversational experiences and AI solution effectiveness.
• Collaborate with UX designers, AI engineers, developers, QA teams, architects, Product Owners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality AI-powered products.
• Support enterprise knowledge management by defining requirements for content accessibility, governance, permissions, metadata, and content quality.
• Participate in AI response validation, citation accuracy reviews, and continuous improvement of AI-generated content.
• Contribute to Agile delivery by supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, product validation, and successful feature delivery.
• Provide business and functional guidance throughout the development lifecycle while supporting product adoption, continuous improvement, and increased user trust in AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including experience with AI/ML products and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, automation, or digital solutions.
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic AI, or workflow automation platforms.
• Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and business requirements.
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, software development teams, QA engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and product quality assurance activities.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes while working across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in fast-changing and evolving environments.
• Experience collaborating within global, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience supporting the delivery of AI-powered applications, conversational AI solutions, chatbots, copilots, or automation initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, APIs, microservices, and distributed AI architectures.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled user experiences.
• Understanding of AI governance, Responsible AI principles, and data privacy best practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise knowledge management platforms or AI-powered knowledge solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting Corporate Functions such as Human Resources, Finance, or other enterprise business domains.
• Background in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Power Platform, data products, or automation initiatives.
• Experience improving enterprise conversational AI products through measurable business outcomes and user adoption.
