About the Position

We are seeking a Middle Business Analyst to join our team. This role is remote and can be based in any country.

Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation and structuring
• Preparing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Regular communications with clients
• Regular clarification of requirements with the development team
• Support for designers in prototype preparation
• Managing client expectations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis
• Proficiency in preparing use cases, functional specifications, and technical requirements
• Experience in Agile/Scrum
• Strong BPMN/UML modeling skills
• Advanced English
• Problem-solving and result-oriented approach
• Critical and probing mindset, attention to details
• Effective communication skills
