Middle Manual QA

About the Position

We are JATAPP, a product IT company that builds products used by millions of users worldwide. Our portfolio already includes 20+ products across white niches such as Business, Utilities, Lifestyle, Cybersecurity, and Education, while we continue expanding into e-commerce and web. We are looking for a Middle Manual QA to help ensure consistent quality of mobile and web products in a multi-product environment.

You’ll have the opportunity to communicate directly with product managers, developers, and analysts, influence product quality and testing processes, and eventually advance to a Senior QA role.

Responsibilities

• Testing iOS/Android mobile apps, including subscriptions, payment scenarios, and A/B tests
• Conducting functional testing of web funnels
• Verifying the correctness of payment flows and analytics data collection
• Creating, updating, and maintaining test documentation
• Analyzing requirements, identifying potential risks, and contributing to solution discussions before development begins
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, analysts, and other QA specialists
• Participating in grooming sessions, team discussions, and planning
• Helping the team improve testing processes and automate routine tasks

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience testing mobile apps (iOS)
• Experience with functional testing of web products
• Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman and Swagger
• Experience testing subscriptions, in-app purchases, and payment scenarios
• Experience with mobile testing and traffic analysis tools: Xcode, Android Studio, Proxyman, Charles Proxy, Wireshark, or similar tools
• Experience conducting A/B tests
• Experience with test management tools (Testomat.io, TestRail, Zephyr, XRay, etc.)
• Proficiency with analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Amplitude, or similar)
• Proactive attitude, ability to ask questions, defend your position, and suggest improvements
• Attention to detail, responsibility, focus on product quality, and openness to feedback
• English proficiency at the B1 (Intermediate) level or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience testing Android apps
• Experience working with Databases
• Understanding of product metrics and a product-oriented approach to testing
• Experience with the Claude AI ecosystem or other AI providers
