About the Position
We are seeking a Middle Product Designer to join our product team in Kraków, Poland, focusing on creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
Responsibilities
As a Product Designer at Keepit, you will:
- Frame problems and align with Product Management and Engineering before moving to solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs for complex, multi-step workflows
- Build prototypes and validate concepts with users or stakeholders
- Communicate design decisions clearly, including trade-offs and rationale
- Participate in design reviews and give constructive, direct feedback
- Contribute to and work with the Keepit Design System
- Document design decisions and prepare handover materials
- Support usability testing and interpret findings
- Ensure consistency and clarity across your product area
Requirements
Must-haves:
- A strong understanding of UX and UI principles
- Experience designing complex workflows (multi-state screens, edge cases, cross-feature dependencies)
- A proactive approach to collaboration across roles
- Ability to translate insights into practical design solutions
- Confidence in creating prototypes at different fidelity levels
- Confidence working within a design system and knowing when to extend it
- Ability to work independently on scoped tasks and manage your own workflow
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Solid spoken and written English
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in B2B or data-heavy SaaS products
- Familiarity with designing for enterprises
- Knowledge of usability testing methods
- Experience with accessibility standards
