About the Position

Middle Project Manager (eCommerce projects management experience)

Elogic Commerce is looking for a self-motivated and proactive project manager with strong business intelligence and an advanced project management mindset. An ideal candidate would have proven experience in eCommerce project management, with Magento 2 experience being a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Managing eCommerce projects according to the standard SDLC (initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing)
• Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
• Applying Agile methodology and following best practices
• Managing changes during the implementation
• Managing risks and interdependencies during the implementation
• Ensuring full transparency of the project implementation for all participants and interested parties
• Preparation and facilitation of management decisions related to project implementation based on formed alternatives
• Support and implement corporate culture aimed at transparency, speed, initiative, efficiency, customer orientation, and achieving business results

Requirements

• Experience in managing software projects team (4-10 people at least)
• eCommerce projects management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders
• Risk assessment and construction of implementation road maps
• Mastery of Agile methodology
• Knowledge and practical experience of applying the change management methodology (ADKAR, or other)
• Mastery of task planning and control tools (Atlassian, ActiveCollab, other)
• Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of English
