Middle Research Specialist | Revit

About the Company

Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group-a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.

At Revit, we believe in a future where high-end, results-driven lead generation services are accessible and adaptable to companies of all sizes and life stages. We’re a rapidly growing company (“startup” by energy but “matured company” by expertise and seniority) working with SMB clients and helping them grow through outbound campaigns.

With a team of over 20 extremely talented people on our main team and with more extensive support from other companies of Belkins’ group of companies, our 2026 goal is to double in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping high-quality across the board - from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients matching our values and value proposition.

This is not a place for everyone but if you’re looking for a World-Class culture and opportunity to grow, build your career, make an impact, then you are likely to enjoy being a part of Revit and building the future together with us!

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-quality leads against detailed ICPs, using LinkedIn, Google, Crunchbase, and any source that gets the job done;
  • Validate and enrich lead data - emails, titles, referrals - with Apollo, PhantomBuster, and Google Sheets, keeping every list clean and accurate;
  • Own research delivery across multiple concurrent projects, working toward a running monthly quota;
  • Study each client's product, industry, and ideal buyer well enough to explain why a given lead does or doesn't fit;
  • Flag targeting or data-quality issues early, with clear, constructive feedback for your Outbound Manager and the client;
  • Deliver clean weekly and monthly reports, and keep every deadline visible to your team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in lead generation research;
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher, written and spoken;
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel, browser research extensions, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Ownership of your process - you can walk through your research approach without being asked;
  • A critical eye - you give realistic, constructive feedback, and take it just as well, treating coaching as fuel, not friction;
  • Comfort managing multiple research streams and client projects at once without losing accuracy or dropping details;
  • Genuine curiosity about who the "right" buyer is for each client, not just chasing a checklist;
  • A fast, adaptive mindset - you learn on the move, adjust when priorities shift, and don't wait to be told twice.

We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
  • Remote-First Flexibility: Fully remote environment with flexible hours to help you stay agile and focused.
  • Professional Growth: Regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing to enable and celebrate your growth.
  • Well-being Focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.
  • Recharge Time: 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
  • Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.
  • Memorable Team Experiences: Online team-building events and all-hands gatherings that bring humor, memes, and a lively atmosphere.

How We Hire

  • Recruiter Interview (~30 minutes) - with Yuliia or Inna.
  • Practical Task (~60–90 minutes) - a hands-on exercise covering ICP interpretation, lead sourcing, and data validation.
  • Hiring Manager Interview (~45–60 minutes) - a conversation with the Research Team Lead covering your process, tools, and a live lead-research walkthrough.
  • Final Interview (~60 minutes) - with the CEO at Revit and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
  • Offer & Onboarding - if it's a yes, we move fast.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
