About the Position
Sales Development Representative
Belkins is a leading appointment-setting agency that has transformed into a vibrant ecosystem of services and products in the SalesTech and MarTech industries. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of our delivery units. This role is fully remote and covers EMEA regions including Croatia, Czech Republic, and Georgia.
Responsibilities
Cold Calling
- Running outbound calling campaigns through a power dialer (Nooks) across multiple (3-6) client projects simultaneously.
- Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment.
- Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist.
Reply Handling - Email & LinkedIn
- Personally owning every reply that comes in from automated email (Reply.io / Inbox AI) and LinkedIn (Expandi) campaigns.
- Responding within 4–8 working hours and nurturing prospects until they're ready to book.
- Handling objections in writing, pushing for a next step, and converting replies into confirmed meetings.
- Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
- Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate.
- Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS to improve lead quality and messaging.
- Keeping CRM hygiene tight in HubSpot and sharing a weekly recap with your Account Strategist.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling background.
- Confident, error-free written English for handling email and LinkedIn replies.
- Fluent spoken English, comfortable working across US and European time zones.
- Strong understanding of outreach tools: Comfortable working with CRM and automation platforms and understanding the key technical elements behind cold outreach.
- The ability to run multiple client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace.
