About the Position
We are seeking a Middle Salesforce Administrator with Tableau experience to join our team. Manage Salesforce platform, create reports, and develop Tableau dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, and other declarative features.
- Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations to support business reporting.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce and Tableau solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across Salesforce and reporting environments.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce and Tableau-related issues and provide user support.
- Prepare documentation and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for end users.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Cloud/Tableau Server.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and declarative configuration.
- Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and Permission Sets.
- Understanding of data analysis principles and reporting best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
- Ukrainian - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification.
- Experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM).
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Apex or SOQL.
