About the Position

We are looking for a Salesforce Nonprofit Grantmaking Cloud Specialist with 3+ years of experience to join our team in Poland or Ukraine, working remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud solutions, including Grantmaking-related functionality
  • Support grant lifecycle processes: applications, reviews, approvals, funding, and reporting
  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Customize objects, flows, page layouts, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
  • Manage user access, profiles, permissions, and data quality
  • Collaborate with administrators, developers, and business teams to improve platform processes
  • Support integrations with third-party systems when required
  • Provide user training and ongoing platform support
  • Participate in testing, deployments, and documentation creation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and/or Grantmaking Cloud
  • Strong understanding of grant management or nonprofit business processes
  • Experience with: Flow Builder, Reports & Dashboards, Permission Sets & Security, Data Import/Export, Basic Salesforce automation
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model and platform capabilities
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate
  • Ukrainian level: Advanced

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with Experience Cloud
  • Knowledge of Apex or SOQL
  • Experience working in consulting, outsourcing, or implementation projects
  • Previous experience with nonprofit organizations or foundations
