Middle SEO Specialist

About the Position

We are currently looking for a strong Middle SEO Specialist to join KOSMO - a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic (90% SEO-first). Remote Full-time | SEO

Responsibilities

• Contribute to SEO strategy development together with the team.
• Manage key SEO processes: content, link building, and technical optimization.
• Generate hypotheses and run tests to improve performance.
• Analyze niches and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor search performance and adapt to changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors.
• Ensure quality and execution of SEO initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with SEO projects.
• Experience in competitive niches is a plus.
• Understanding of the full SEO cycle (semantics, content, link building, technical SEO).
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Ability to work with large datasets.
• Understanding of SEO metrics and traffic quality.
• Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools for content-related tasks.
• Analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
