DigitalArt is a full-cycle digital marketing agency with 5 years of experience. We have successfully implemented over 1,000 projects for clients in Ukraine, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Recently, we became part of an IT holding. This year, our goal is to triple our profitability, and within 5 years, to enter the TOP digital marketing agencies in Ukraine and increase the share of international clients to 50%.
We are currently looking for a top Middle SEO Specialist to join our team and grow with us in the number and scale of projects. At the beginning of your work, your supervisor will be the SEO specialist, and in the future, you can become a team leader, department head, or even a C-level manager.
Responsibilities
- Conduct an SEO audit of the site and ensure compliance with search engine requirements;
- Analyze competitor sites and their performance metrics;
- Assign technical tasks to copywriters for writing SEO articles;
- Formulate requirements for developers regarding necessary site improvements;
- Regularly monitor the technical performance of the site using tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Chrome DevTools) and analyze the effectiveness of SEO activities;
- Generate reports on completed work and maintain a list of tasks for projects in the company's CRM system.
During project work, you will interact with other departments, namely:
- PM Department for communication with the client;
- Copywriter for text development;
- Developers to address technical tasks related to site improvements.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience as an SEO specialist;
- Understanding of search engine algorithms, key principles, and ranking factors;
- Proficiency in using SEO extensions and bookmarks to speed up work;
- Knowledge of the basics of building external links and assessing the quality of backlinks;
- Ability to work with Google Sheets and use basic formulas;
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Serpstat, Screaming Frog (or their equivalents).
Plus, if you:
- Have experience working in a marketing agency;
- Speak English at the B2 level;
- Live in Odesa and are willing to visit the office.
