We are looking for an experienced Middle SEO Specialist to help us improve the visibility of client projects in search engines. Responsibilities

• Analysis of the technical and content components of websites, organization of internal and external links.
• Conducting SEO audits of websites based on research.
• Collecting, clustering, and regularly updating the semantic core of websites.
• Creating technical tasks for copywriters and checking finished texts for compliance with SEO goals.
• Formulating technical optimization tasks for programmers.
• Monitoring and controlling the implementation of tasks to ensure they meet previously set goals.
• Participation in the planning and organization of internal SEO-related processes.

Requirements

• Experience of at least 2 years as an SEO specialist.
• Advanced level of spoken and written language (English/German, preferably both).
• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, SEO trends.
• Proficient skills in collecting and clustering the semantic core (Semantic core).
• Ability to set technical tasks for copywriters based on semantic core research.
• Knowledge of link building principles (internal and external).
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing various websites, such as e-commerce sites, corporate websites, blogs, portals, landing pages, etc.
• Knowledge and ability to work with SEO tools, including those for collecting the semantic core, analyzing and building internal and external link building, and technical website analysis (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Spreadsheets and Docs; ability to work with tables, formulas, extensions, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, ability to analyze the technical components of websites.
• Experience working in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both within the team and between groups.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Agile approach (including Scrum).
• Experience working with task managers (Bitrix24 and JIRA).
