Middle ServiceNow Developer (ITOM)

About the Position

We are seeking a Middle ServiceNow Developer (ITOM) to join our team and enhance our IT operations management solutions. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM is essential. Candidates should have practical expertise working with one or more ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, or Cloud Provisioning and Governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance solutions on the platform.
• Configure and support ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Participate in implementation and customization activities.
• Develop scripts and platform functionality using ServiceNow development best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams to support the delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
• Contribute to platform improvements and ongoing development initiatives.

Must Have

• Middle-level ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to start immediately or within a short timeframe.

Nice to Have

Certifications

• ServiceNow certifications are considered an advantage.
