About the Position
Middle.Net/C# Developer

About the Project
Our multinational corporation, operating in the financial and tax reporting sector on the international market, has consistently chosen InterLink for the implementation of its digital transformation program and the integration of new clients into its platform.
This project is closely tied to data processing and the generation of reports for tax and regulatory authorities in various countries. Ensuring the transactional integrity of operations is of paramount importance.
The current dynamic global situation has prompted our client to adapt one of their existing platforms to meet new requirements.
The technical team faces the following tasks:
- Designing a new architecture
- Functional development of the project
- Modernizing the project infrastructure
- Creating microservices
- Upgrading certain legacy modules of the platform
- Enhancing reliability and performance
- Optimal test coverage at various levels
Teams from Brazil, Sweden, Turkey, and Ukraine are working together on different parts of the project.
InterLink's teams are responsible for the analytical part related to the business domain of the project, architecture design, implementation of business logic, refactoring, ensuring testing at various levels, performance optimization, and implementing microfrontends.
Responsibilities
- Communication with the client and the client's product team
- Technical analysis of client business requirements and proposals for their implementation
- Communication with the project team leader on strategic issues
- Defining priorities, problems, and solutions
- Planning team productivity, managing team members' vacation schedules
- Monitoring project deadlines at all development stages
- Forming teams, invoices, and controlling their payment
- Mentoring and motivating the team
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of building service projects
- Product mindset and a desire to improve the client's product
- Analytical skills and the ability to critically evaluate client proposals
- Ability to articulate proposals
- Facilitation and the ability to engage the team in expressing ideas and proposals
- Broad worldview, ability to analyze other products in the field
- English Intermediate+ for communication both verbally and in writing
