Middle+/Senior Python Developer with AI skills

About the Position

We are seeking a Middle+/Senior Python Developer with AI skills to join our team. With 5–7 years of experience, you will focus on building scalable APIs, async services, and multi-step AI workflows using FastAPI, Celery, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Clarify requirements, validate assumptions, and raise risks early
• Develop scalable backend services and REST APIs (FastAPI, async/await)
• Build and maintain webhooks and external API integrations
• Implement background processing with Celery, RabbitMQ, and task queues
• Design AI agent workflows: context management, tool binding, prompt structuring
• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker-based infrastructure
• Deploy and support services in AWS, GCP, or Azure

Requirements

• Strong requirement-clarification skills, including the ability to ask targeted questions, validate assumptions, and confirm understanding before implementing a solution
• Proactive in identifying misunderstandings or roadblocks, raising concerns early rather than proceeding down the wrong technical path
• Strong proficiency in Python, including modern frameworks and libraries
• Skills in context engineering for AI agents, including structuring prompts, managing context windows, orchestrating multi-step agent workflows, and integrating external tools or data sources
• Demonstrates solid system design judgment, selecting practical and appropriately simple architectures rather than overly complex solutions that don’t fit the requirements
• Experience developing scalable, modular applications using clean, maintainable code
• Ability to design and implement robust APIs, services, and background processes
• Proficient in creating and consuming webhook endpoints and API services that are reliable, scalable, and well-documented

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with basic JavaScript and modern JS frameworks for UI integration tasks
