WEICON GmbH & Co. KG, a leading developer and distributor of chemical specialty products for various industrial sectors, is seeking a dedicated Mitarbeiter Produktmanagement (m/w/d) to join their team in Münster, Germany. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote work.

About the Company

At WEICON, we develop, produce, and distribute chemical specialty products for all areas of industry, including special adhesives and sealants, technical sprays, high-performance assembly pastes, and greases for production, repair, maintenance, and maintenance. We also develop and produce high-quality stripping tools, 100% made in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and operational support for product managers
• Assistance in the introduction of new products
• Maintenance and structuring of product information and master data
• Support for the marketing and sales departments on technical issues
• Creation and maintenance of product-specific documentation
• Coordination and management of product samples
• Management, distribution, and further development of technical data sheets
• Handling of service tickets in JIRA

Requirements

• Completed commercial education
• Independent and structured working style
• Excellent German and advanced English skills (spoken and written)
• Digital affinity and openness to AI-supported working methods
• Team spirit and motivation to drive WEICON forward
