Responsibilities

• Support in the administration processes, particularly.
• Verification and updating of data in the system.
• Completing documentation and missing information.
• Analysis of settlement documents for correctness.
• Entering data and documents into systems.
• Working contact with contractors to explain documentation.
• Preparing statements and reports for the client.

Requirements

• High proficiency with tools (Excel, especially search and data comparison formulas, file formatting).
• Systematic, independent.
• Precision and ability to eliminate errors.
• Ability to organize own work and meet deadlines.
• Communicative and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to report on work progress.
• Knowledge of Clarify is welcome.

1. The personal data controller is Netia S.A., with its registered office at ul. Poleczki 13, 02-822 Warszawa, hereinafter referred to as "Netia".
2. The controller has appointed a data protection officer, who can be contacted at: [email protected] or by sending written correspondence to the address of Netia's registered office.
3. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of: a) conducting the recruitment process under Art. 6 § 1 lit. c of the GDPR; b) registration in the candidate database, under Art. 6 § 1 lit. a of the GDPR, i.e. consent to the processing of personal data; c) possible establishment, investigation or securing of claims under Art. 6 § 1 lit. f of the GDPR. In the case of data processing based on consent, it may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal of consent.
4. Personal data may be disclosed to data recipients authorized under separate provisions, entities cooperating with Netia, entities processing data on Netia's behalf and companies belonging to the Netia Capital Group or CP Capital Group.
5. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
6. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve purpose a) i.e. conducting the recruitment process and for 6 months after the end of the process, b) if you have given consent to participate in future recruitments for a period of 2 years from the submission of the application or until the consent is withdrawn; c) possible establishment, investigation or securing of claims. After the purpose of processing has ceased, the data will be deleted.
7. The data subject has the right to: a) withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent prior to its withdrawal; b) request access to personal data and the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, and the right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, if such transmission is technically feasible; c) object to processing on grounds relating to their particular situation; d) lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.
8. Providing personal data is necessary for the recruitment process. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to participate in the recruitment process.
9. The scope of personal data processed includes data contained in the CV.
10. Data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, nor will they be subject to automated decision-making.
