We are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join our team in Wrocław. The role will focus on supporting HR processes, particularly in managing contracts and employee documentation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing documentation related to contracts
• Handling employment, contract changes, and termination records
• Maintaining and updating employee files
• Keeping track of work hours, leave, and other absences
• Monitoring preventive health check-up deadlines
• Preparing certificates and other HR documents

Requirements

• Secondary or higher education
• Preferred fields: economics, administration, or law
• Excellent organizational skills and responsibility
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills and personal culture
• Professional internal client service skills
• Willingness to develop professionally and expand competencies through self-learning and openness to new knowledge

Good to have:

• Experience in HR, personnel administration, or office administration
• Basic knowledge of labor law
• Experience with documentation

Previous HR experience is not required. We are looking for a motivated learner and professional developer. We provide implementation support and subject matter expertise from experienced team members.

3. Personal data will be processed for:

• In the case of employment under an employment contract, for conducting and resolving the recruitment process with your participation, based on art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with legal provisions, particularly labor law.
• In the case of your separate consent, for the purpose indicated in the consent, based on art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent in this case is voluntary, and you can withdraw it at any time (without affecting the legality of actions taken before withdrawal).
• For possible determination, investigation, or defense against claims, based on art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, where the legitimate interests pursued by the controller are legally justified, then conducting and resolving the recruitment process.

1. Personal data may be disclosed to authorized data recipients based on separate provisions, cooperating entities, data processors commissioned by the controller, and companies belonging to the Polsat Plus Capital Group.
2. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
3. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose:

• i.e., conducting the recruitment process,
• if you have consented to participate in future recruitments, for 2 years from the submission of the application or until you withdraw your consent,
• for possible determination, investigation, or defense of claims. After the purpose of processing ceases, the data will be deleted.

• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal;
