Product preparation departments are the heart of LPP. We design clothing, accessories, and home furnishings, analyze trends, and collaborate with suppliers from Poland and around the world. We ensure that our collections are unique and meet customer needs.

Daily tasks include working with fabrics, materials from fashion shows, and inspirational boards. Most decisions are made as a team during meetings where projects and sewn models are evaluated. This is also where order conditions with suppliers are negotiated, purchase plans are prepared, competition is analyzed, and the market is monitored. Each team is responsible for a specific type of assortment, ensuring that collections are cohesive and aligned with the latest trends.

Responsibilities

• Try on women's clothing samples during team discussions
• Collaborate with technologists to work on clothing models before mass production (checking fit, appropriate size, comfort)
• Operationally support the department responsible for product preparation

Requirements

• Available 2-3 times a week for about 4 hours per day
• Must have specific body measurements:
  • Height: 167-168 cm
  • Bust circumference: 86 cm
  • Waist circumference: 68 cm
  • Hip circumference: 94 cm
  • Thigh circumference: 54 cm
  • Shoulder width: 38 cm
  • Cup size: B
• For technical model work, body measurements and proportions are crucial. Visit the following website to learn how to measure correctly: Measurement Guide. Then measure your dimensions with a centimeter tape and provide them in the recruitment form. If they are close to the expected values, you will be invited for a short meeting where you will try on several of our clothing models, and a technologist will take your body measurements.
