Motion Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a talented Motion Designer with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools to create diverse digital promo materials for our campaigns. This role is remote and open to candidates in Armenia, Cyprus, Poland, and Serbia.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Content Creation: Produce motion graphics content for our diverse campaigns and Social Media channels.
• Research & Innovation: Conduct market/competitor research and analysis, preparing compelling ideas and proposals to improve internal visual communication and boost engagement.
• Brand Evolution: Work on updating and developing the brand’s visual identity internally.
• Handling large, complex tasks: Update the company’s visual communication.
• Maintenance: Efficiently work with and adapt existing templates and guidelines.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Good knowledge in Figma is a big plus
• Expert knowledge of AI tools for generating visuals (static/animation), and basic understanding of AI for voiceovers and music generation
• Experienced in creating diverse digital promo materials (banners, videos, event visuals, etc)
• Confidently uses AI (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to accelerate processes and generate multiple ideas
• Strong grasp of composition, typography, and color; can rationally defend design choices
• Must Have: A strong, diverse portfolio

Nice to Have

• Deep AI Integration: Treats AI as a core partner in the creative workflow
• Relevant Experience: Work background in Media, PR, or Marketing Agency
• Bonus Skill: Simple 3D graphics ability
