About the Position
We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for creating diverse digital promo materials and leveraging AI tools for visuals and voiceovers.
Responsibilities
- Core Content Creation: Produce motion graphics content for our diverse campaigns and media channels.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct market/competitor research and analysis, preparing compelling ideas and proposals to improve internal visual communication and boost engagement.
- Brand Evolution: Work on updating and developing the brand's visual identity internally.
- Handling Complex Tasks: Update the company’s visual communication and efficiently work with and adapt existing templates and guidelines.
- Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of visual assets.
Requirements

Must Have:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Good knowledge in Figma
- Expert knowledge of AI tools for generating visuals (static/animation)
- Basic understanding of AI for voiceovers and music generation
- Experienced in creating diverse digital promo materials (banners, videos, event visuals, etc)
- Strong grasp of composition, typography, and color
- A strong, diverse portfolio

- Simple 3D graphics ability
- Deep AI Integration: Treats AI as a core partner in the creative workflow
- Relevant Experience: Work background in Media, PR, or Marketing Agency
