Motion Designer

About the Position

Join our fast-growing team as a Motion Designer, creating dynamic video creatives for iGaming advertising campaigns using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and dynamic video creatives for Riddick's Partners (iGaming) advertising campaigns from scratch and based on provided scripts
• Actively use AI tools (asset generation, animation, upscaling, etc.) to accelerate production and improve content quality
• Develop creative concepts, test new visual approaches and creative angles to achieve media buying objectives
• Adapt and resize successful creatives for different platforms and GEOs
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the team to develop innovative visual solutions

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong background in graphic design with a solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and the ability to create high-quality static visuals before animation
• Advanced experience using AI tools for visual content generation and integration into production pipelines (Midjourney, ComfyUI or other node-based systems, Higgsfield, and similar tools)
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant motion design work, including dynamic creatives, visual effects, and sound design
• Understanding of how to create high-converting video creatives for performance marketing

Nice to Have

• Relevant experience in the iGaming industry (not mandatory)
• Basic 3D skills (Blender)
• Experience working with media buying teams, including understanding key performance metrics and adapting creatives for traffic acquisition needs
• Storyboarding and scriptwriting skills for video production

Soft Skills

• Professional maturity and the ability to accept feedback constructively, making revisions without losing motivation
• High level of autonomy with the ability to independently solve problems, gather references, and complete tasks without micromanagement
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate closely with the Team Lead, designers, and media buying specialists
• Ability to meet deadlines, think flexibly, and quickly adapt to emerging AI tools and technologies
