We are expanding our team and looking for a Dynamics 365 F&SCM Engineer for a project-based assignment focused on key Go-Live phases and hands-on field training.
This specialist will be responsible for implementing ERP modules and conducting periodic audits of system usage.
Responsibilities
- Specialized Training Delivery: Preparation and delivery of targeted training modules for operational staff (warehouse operators, production managers, sales, and shipping personnel).
- Go-Live “Floor Support”: Physical presence in production departments and warehouses during critical migration phases to assist workers during live operations (assembly line feeding, goods loading/unloading, inter-plant transfers).
- Process Audits & Reporting: Periodically monitor the quality of data entry, identify departmental bottlenecks or recurring errors, and draft concise summary reports for Management.
Requirements
- Solid D365 F&SCM Experience: In-depth knowledge of factory operational flows and integrated logistics within Dynamics 365.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent/Native Ukrainian (essential for floor worker training) + English (required for coordination with the parent company in Europe).
- Flexibility & Mobility: Availability for targeted on-site visits to the Zhytomyr region plants during critical rollout milestones.
