Job description

About the Position

Join Valtech as an MS Dynamics Developer in Bengaluru. Transform industries with your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Responsibilities

As an MS Dynamics Developer, you will:

  • Act as the primary coordination point between Valtech, the client, and Client's CRM vendor for all matters relating to the ticketing system (On MS Dynamics 365).
  • Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements from Client and Valtech stakeholders, and drive them through to closure with the CRM vendor/system.
  • Translate requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, or configuration change requests that the CRM vendor team can action.
  • Manage and maintain CRM configurations within Microsoft Dynamics, including business rules, workflows, forms, views, and entity/field-level setup as required.
  • Own routine operational/configuration tasks such as product setup, pricing setup, catalogue updates, and other recurring CRM maintenance activities.
  • Provide first-line functional support – triage and troubleshoot issues raised by Client or Valtech, resolve what can be resolved directly, and filter/qualify issues before escalating to the CRM vendor's technical team.
  • Maintain a log/tracker of requirements, change requests, issues, and their status across all three parties (Valtech, Client, CRM vendor) to ensure transparency and timely closure.
  • Support UAT cycles by validating that configured changes meet the original business requirement before sign-off.
  • Flag risks, delays, or scope gaps proactively to the Valtech project/engagement manager and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to knowledge documentation (configuration guides, SOPs, FAQs) to reduce repeat queries and support continuity.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 6–8 years of overall experience, with hands-on functional/configuration exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Customer Service/Field Service or similar modules).
  • Proven experience managing CRM configurations – entities, forms, views, business process flows, workflows, security roles, and similar setup areas.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of Infrastructure, Database, IIS, networking and environments in relation to a CRM and Ticketing system is highly desirable.
  • Experience with ticketing, booking, or e-commerce style CRM setups (products, pricing, catalogues) is highly desirable.
  • Strong requirement-gathering and functional analysis skills, with the ability to convert business asks into actionable CRM configuration items.
  • Demonstrated experience working as a coordinator/liaison across multiple parties – client, delivery partner, and third-party vendor.
  • Working knowledge of first-line support processes: triage, troubleshooting, prioritization, and structured escalation.
  • Comfortable working with tools such as JIRA/Azure DevOps/ServiceNow (or equivalent) for tracking requirements, tickets, and CRs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to run stakeholder calls and produce clear status updates.
  • Experience in client-facing delivery roles, ideally within tourism, ticketing, hospitality, or public-sector digital programmes (Client/GCC exposure is a plus).
  • Open to work with Saudi Time zone, i.e. Work week from Sunday to Thursday with 11:30AM to 08:00 PM IST

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Dynamics certification(s) (e.g., functional consultant certifications).
  • Prior experience coordinating with third-party CRM/ISV vendors in a multi-party delivery model.
  • Exposure to the tourism/destination-management or ticketing industry.
